App help

Include your iPhone or Android model, operating-system version, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot when possible. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.

Correct or nominate a shop

Use the shop verification form to report a closed store, incorrect address, route issue, category change, or missing I-75 stop. Every submission is reviewed before the public trail changes.

Submit a card show

Use the show submission form for confirmed sports-card, TCG, and collectibles events. Include an official organizer or venue source; submissions do not post automatically.

Claim a shop

Owners and authorized managers can use the shop claim form to verify a listing and request optional Trail Passport, window-decal QR, or promotion participation. Basic listings remain free, and every request is reviewed.
